Housing the internationally prominent Deprtment of Physics and Astronomy, this building offers the College its first new, undergraduate science lecture halls since 1963. Designed in the Romanesque-style to complement neighboring Powell Library and Moore Hall, the new Physics and Astronomy building is a significant step in the major development of the south central area of the campus.
